JTC was born from the idea of combining strategic competence with personal growth. Through JTC Consulting, we design and implement high-value consulting projects for companies and professionals — focusing on business strategy, reorganization, start-ups, international development, and performance improvement. With JTC School, that experience evolves into training: programs that empower people, build corporate culture, and strengthen leadership through experiential learning and active engagement.

LINVISIBILE represents one of the most meaningful chapters in my journey through design and entrepreneurship. From the very beginning, my goal wasn’t simply to manufacture doors — it was to redefine the way spaces connect with each other. I wanted the doorway to stop being a technical component and become an architectural gesture: discreet, elegant, and perfectly integrated into the wall.

Today, LINVISIBILE is recognized worldwide for its ability to merge craftsmanship, technology, and aesthetic vision. We collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors across the globe, yet the true strength of the brand remains unchanged: a meticulous attention to detail and the relentless pursuit of hidden perfection.

Along this journey, I’ve had the privilege of meeting extraordinary people — professionals and friends who have contributed to shaping what LINVISIBILE has become. Some of them are still by my side today, and I’m deeply grateful for their trust and dedication. But this project would never have existed without two very special people — to call them “friends” would be an understatement: Dario Grossi and Giovanni Toletti. To them I owe not only support and insight, but also the shared belief that even the most ambitious ideas can become real when nurtured together.

For me, LINVISIBILE is not just a brand. It’s an idea — one that speaks of balance between innovation and beauty, between engineering and the art of construction. A proof that design can be invisible — but never absent.

Damaranto was born from an encounter — even before it became an idea.

I met Camilla Bellini in 2016 through LINVISIBILE, and from the very beginning I was struck by her most distinctive qualities: her generosity of spirit, her innate sense of harmony, her refined taste for beauty, and her strong professionalism. Over time, our dialogue grew into a collaboration. Camilla asked for my support to elevate her project — to make it more international, more mature, and professionally outstanding. That’s how Damaranto came to life: a project that intertwines design, art, and storytelling, aiming to explore how beauty takes shape — through materials, ideas, and the people who bring them to life.

Today, Damaranto and LINVISIBILE collaborate on several projects with mutual trust and satisfaction. It’s a synergy that bridges two complementary worlds — the aesthetic search and the culture of making — to create experiences where design becomes emotion, narrative, and identity.

23 O is the natural evolution of my journey in interior design, with a specific focus on high-end private residential projects. It was created with a simple yet ambitious goal: to deliver an integrated approach capable of turning an idea into a living, harmonious, and truly bespoke space.

I founded 23 O together with Fulvio Lanari — a colleague, a friend, and a true brother in this adventure. His technical expertise and creative sensibility have been essential in shaping a project that balances vision and execution, aesthetics and functionality.

We provide all products and services needed to complete a turnkey project — from concept design and material selection to interior styling, supply management, and on-site coordination. Every phase is handled with the same precision and aesthetic sensitivity that define Italian design: tailored, balanced, and timeless.

At 23 O, we believe that a home is not just a space to furnish, but a story to be told through matter, light, and proportion. A project is truly successful when it mirrors who you are — and continues to do so over time.

Star Plast Engineering is an industrial project I am deeply connected to, as it embodies a rare balance between technical expertise, human relationships, and international vision. Based in Arad, Romania, the company specializes in mold design and plastic injection molding, combining engineering precision with the production flexibility required by today’s global market.

It all began with the encounter of a former student of mine, who later became a JTC client, then a friend, and eventually a business partner: Francesco Rigo. Through Francesco, I also met another remarkable professional — Pierpaolo Carteri, now the third partner of SPE. Together, we shared the ambition to restructure and relaunch the company, enhancing its technical capabilities while introducing a renewed business culture built on transparency, quality, and sustainable growth.

My role at Star Plast Engineering, as Managing Partner, is focused on the economic and financial dimensions of the business — from performance and cash-flow analysis to defining development and investment strategies. Through careful management and a long-term vision, we are building a solid and efficient industrial model capable of competing in a complex and evolving marketplace.

Today, Star Plast Engineering stands as a bridge between engineering and design, between Romania and Italy, between technical rigor and the culture of beauty. It’s a project that proves how, even in the industrial world, true quality always stems from the right relationships — and from a shared idea of the future.
